Role Summary: Responsible for end-to-end management of both direct and indirect tax compliance and advisory, including income tax, TDS, GST, and related filings. Ensure accurate, timely reporting and support on assessments, audits, and tax planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Direct Taxation: Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, companies. Compute advance tax liabilities and ensure timely payments. Handle TDS compliance: monthly payments, quarterly return filing, Form 16/16A issuance. Assist in tax audits, assessments, and manage responses to notices. Support litigation matters, including preparing submissions for appeals. Provide tax planning and advisory to minimize liabilities within the law.
